About Us
At Aspen, we have all had experience with properties in London and abroad. We bring a breadth of knowledge regarding the management of properties, especially properties that are not occupied full-time.
We understand the mishaps that can happen when you own a property, especially if in another country, and how a small problem can become much bigger and more expensive problem if it is not dealt with quickly and properly.
Our aim is to make sure we remove as much of these issues as possible. Furthermore, we ensure your house is exactly the way you want it for when you come back. We prepare your house ready for your arrival with everything you need.

Property management whilst you are away
We will ensure that your property is carefully looked after. We will visit the property while you are away, keep your utility bills up-to-date, ensure small problems are resolved – safeguarding they do not grow into expensive, large issues if left unattended, and make sure you are confidant having someone on the ground looking after your home.
A nice warm welcome for while you are here
When you come home, we want you to feel like you are home. We will open your house so that you come back to house with hot running water, fresh bedsheets, towels on the mantel, fresh air, a fridge filled with your favorites and, most importantly of all, working internet!
